Excellent customer service , Mr Sanjeewa is very professional and polite. The items are high quality and very well packed to avoid any damage during delivery. Unfortunately 2 pieces were damaged during delivery despite effortful packing, but following my single message they replaced it with no hassle at all.Best trustworthy place to get porcelain products.
The sales team were very friendly and helpful. I was able to place an order and receive the goods within the day. Speedy ,reliable and without a doubt keeping up to standards. The English herb dinner set turned out to look even better than in the pictures and so much detail and thought was put into the paintings on each plate. The packaging had been done with much care to possible damage during delivery and thanks to that they all arrived in perfect condition. I would like to once again thank Noritake and their team for an amazing shopping experience and a luxurious product which would be cherished for generations.
